St. Raymond is publishing a new parish directory! Appointments for photography are being taken now; the first appointment is March 4. You may sign up online (the quickest and easiest way), or in the church vestibule. If you sign up online, you will receive confirmation and a reminder for your appointment.

Each family unit that is photographed will receive a complimentary 8X10 and a copy of the directory.

Make sure you have a place in the pictorial history of the parish; we are hoping for record participation!

Online Sign-up Instructions (read all instructions before beginning):

1. Click the "Sign up!" link below
2. Make sure the contract number 28764 appears in the Church Contract Number field. Enter it if it is not present. Alternatively, you can enter the church's phone number (925) 828-2460.
3. Enter your contact information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in.
   There are two sections: Photography Appointment Information and Church Membership List Information. The first section is required to make and confirm your photography appointment. The information in the second section will be listed in the directory.
4. When you have finished entering the information, review it for completeness and accuracy, then click the SAVE button.
5. Next you indicate your preferred appointment day and time. The available days in February, March, and April are indicated by red buttons. Click the button indicating the day you want for your photography appointment. You can change months by clicking the Next and Prev buttons next to the name of the month at the top of the calendar.
6. Click the time you want your appointment, then click the SUBMIT button.
7. The "Thank You" page contains helpful information and answers common questions. You may want to print the page using your browser's PRINT button.

Sign Up!

Getting ready for your portrait - Follow these tips to assure great portraits:

• Please bring your entire family even if some are not members of the parish.
• The photographer will take some poses of church members for the directory only, and then include the other members for the complimentary portrait and any other portraits that you may wish to purchase.
• For groups, select fabrics, shades, and styles for each individual so they will blend well together. Broad stripes and bold patterns emphasize clothing and not you.
• White clothing will add weight; darker shades will tend to slim you down.
• Adults should wear long sleeves. Children may wear any sleeve length.
• If you wear make-up, keep it natural. Don't over-compensate.
• Schedule sessions with young children for as early as possible. Avoid wrinkles and spills by bringing your children's outfits with you.
• Please notify the photographer if you've brought props or have special portrait needs.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to make last minute preparations.
