The Pastoral Council is a group of volunteer parishioners who, together with the pastor, is responsible for planning and maintaining the long-range vision of God's ministry for St. Raymond Parish.

Guided by a Mission Statement and a 5 year plan (updated annually) the Pastoral Council collaborates with staff members, parishioners, committees, ministries, and organizations to carry out this vision.

Pastoral Council members serve a three year term. Three new members are commissioned each year through a discernment process conducted each Spring.

The Pastoral Council meets on the first Thursday of each month. Parishioners wishing to bring issues before the council, should submit their request to the Rectory Office by the third Tuesday of the month preceding the meeting.
