Minutes of the St Raymond Pastoral Council Meeting

The Spiritual Plan: Plan to

meet by next Council Meeting.

PC Bylaws: Plan to

meet by next Council Meeting.

Website: Mark will

check with the web master by next time for instructions to submit

Council minutes to the web site.

Pictures for Website: Bob to bring camera next time.

Pastor’s Report:

Two new deacons: John Archer and Dave Cloyne

Strength Finder Books for staff. Going well. Retreat in January will focus on Strength

Finders. Perhaps Lenten Journey for parish.

St. Raymond School: Major overhaul of school web site in process. School preparing for

WASC this year. The WASC Team is coming in February.

The School is experiencing

more need for tuition aid. Some families leaving.

Donut Sunday: Looking for a different vendor. Price has increased significantly.

October count a little lower this year:

Collection is pretty stable.

Just Faith is going well.

Positive review of choir director.

More calls for food pantry.

Master Plan is on hold.

Michael Reardon doing scripture readings for Advent in Church on December 10.

Cathedral getting good press.

Two grammer school classes have gone to visit.
