Have you ever wondered what is depicted on the stained glass friezes inside the church?

On the north side (the right side as you face the altar), from right to left,
is depicted the life of Christ:

On the south side (the left side as you face the altar), from left to right,
are depicted nine parables from the gospels:

1. The Lost Piece of Silver (Luke 15)
2. The Leaven (Matthew 13)
3. The Good Samaritan (Luke 10)
4. The Prodigal Son (Luke 15)
5. The Sower (Matthew 13)
6. The Pearl of Great Price (Matthew 13)
7. The Unmerciful Servant (Matthew 18)
8. The Pharisee and the Publican (Luke 18)
9. The Foolish Virgins (Matthew 25)

So, read the parables, then the next time you're in church, see if you can identify them!
